For fellowship training beginning in July 2025, applicants can download the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) Applicant User Guide beginning in mid-late June 2024 (Please consult the ERAS and NRMP websites for further details). Once the ERAS application service opens (mid-July), fellow candidates may begin to work on their applications and upload their materials.

Documents to be submitted:

  • Common application form
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Personal statement
  • Three letters of reference (including one from the applicant’s current program director)
  • MSPE and medical school transcript
  • USLME Scores (and/or COMLEX scores if applicable)
  • Photo

2024 application cycle

Upon review of completed ERAS applications, selected applicants are invited to interview (using Interview Broker). Interviews will commence via Zoom in mid-September and continue until mid-October on Mondays or Thursdays. One week prior to the scheduled interview day, a welcome packet with introductory information to the program as well as interview details will be sent electronically for review prior to the interview. The interview day will begin at 10 a.m. CDT and will include five to six interviews with program leadership and division faculty and a virtual meeting with current fellows. Please expect to be with us on your interview day from 9:45 a.m. – 3 p.m. CDT.
